Mari advises on how to properly store bread

Store bread in a canvas bag and ideally in a bread box, out of direct sunlight. After baking, let the bread cool completely, ideally for 4-6 hours, before storing it. Even after baking, it constantly releases moisture, so check the bag occasionally - a dry and clean bag = a longer life for the bread. It is better to avoid plastic bags - the bread loses its crust in them and tends to get moldy.
