This spiral stainless steel beauty works quickly, doesn't jam and thanks to its spring-loaded shape, it can even mix thicker dough or leavening. Lightweight, sturdy and easy to wash. It works as it should - without unnecessary tricks, but with a desire to move.

In our house, it belongs to the sourdough just like a glass or a spatula. They are my constants.
