We want your packages to arrive quickly, safely, and at fair prices. Below is an overview of how our delivery process works.

Free Shipping:
- Orders over 1,200 CZK (up to 10 kg)

WHEN WE SHIP
We pack orders every weekday and hand them over to the depot or our carrier partners around 8:00 AM, also every business day. It is possible that some shipments may even depart on the same business day they are packed.
DELIVERY TIMES
– Czech Republic: Usually within 1–3 business days
– Slovakia / EU: Usually within 2–5 business days
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. We will send you the details once your order has been placed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver to selected EU countries. For orders outside the EU, please email us at ahoj@maripece.cz and we will look into the possibilities for you.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow its journey all the way to your door.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– Please ensure your delivery address is filled out correctly.
– If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we will charge a new shipping fee for re-sending it.
– Orders are dispatched on business days only.
