A few years ago I took a sourdough bread baking course with Mari. As a complete beginner, I learned important information about sourdough management, dough, flour, shaping and baking. Mari gave us a lot of advice and interesting tips for leavenings with ingredients other than just flour. I brought home sourdough and lievito Madre, as well as homemade bread. I would recommend the course to anyone who is just starting out.

I can only recommend the bread baking courses with Mari. I took the first course in 2023. After the first meeting, I immediately knew that I had made the right choice. The instructor Mari is kind, helpful, full of knowledge and insights, which she happily passes on. And you will want to take more and more courses, because you can see from her that she does it with love. I took a total of 5 courses and in each course I always learned something new, for example, how to add non-traditional ingredients to the dough. Or I realized what I could do differently when I was not successful in baking bread.

Thanks to IG, I found a person who was passionate about baking bread from LM, yes, it was Marička. 😊 I followed her profile with great interest and looked forward to every post, then after some time I also got to her course, which was great. It was held in a friendly circle, especially in a friendly atmosphere. Mari explained everything, no question was left unanswered. Everything was shown and explained with love and enthusiasm. Mari has an amazing approach, both to people and to baking bread. She uses common sense, lady logic (as she says 🤭) and also her heart. It is a pleasure to return to such people. That is why I believe that I will get to take one of her other courses to gain more experience. I highly recommend it with enthusiasm 🤗❤️

It's been a while since I took a course with Mari. After X failures in baking bread, a pancake here, a pancake there, my mom and I decided to take a course with Mari... And I couldn't have done better, except that Mari exudes incredibly positive energy , you immediately lose your shyness, she has an incredible perspective and really knows what she's talking about. The course went as expected, I enjoyed it, it went by incredibly quickly and gave me what I expected from it. And I would say even more, Mari was willing to share advice with me even after the course and that helped me immensely. I look forward to another personal one-on-one with this inspiring person.. I originally went to Mari's course with the aim of improving my existing skills. However, I was expecting several hours in a very friendly atmosphere, during which I also learned new things, and there were many of them. After the course, I started to approach baking completely differently, more intuitively, without it being such a science anymore. My overall self-confidence as a baker increased, I started to experiment more and even travel with sourdough. I can say with certainty that after completing the course, all my breads turned out just fine!

I took away not only a great experience from the course, but also the courage to bake bread for the whole family. The very next day I dared to serve homemade bread with pate and herb butter to the entire guest – including my great-grandmother! Your recipe for Melták with seeds turned out great. The recipe for Mathematical Bread did give me a bit of trouble, but it also turned out beautifully and tasted great in the end. Thank you for what you do – such joy from ordinary bread is priceless.
