We want every package to arrive safely, on time, and without unnecessary stress. That's why we have set our shipping terms to be simple, fair, and, most importantly, to make sense for anyone who enjoys baking at home.
Free shipping
Orders up to 10 kg
Free shipping on purchases over 1200 CZK .
Orders 10-20 kg (oversized)
Free shipping on purchases over 2000 CZK .
The weight is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the products in the cart.
Oversized shipments (10–20 kg)
Heavier shipments have a different shipping method. In order to ship them safely and fairly, we offer a preferential rate:
– Standard price: 169 CZK
– Oversize discount when purchasing between 1200–1999 CZK: –100 CZK
– Resulting price: 69 CZK , if the order does not qualify for free shipping.
Our carriers
We only work with verified carriers to ensure that your flour, yeast, and other baking delights arrive reliably and on time.
– Packeta (Post Office) – ideal for packages up to 5 kg
– DPD – home delivery or delivery to distribution points
– We are gradually adding more carriers to make delivery as convenient as possible
Specific shipping prices are always displayed in the cart according to the weight of the order.
When do we ship orders?
We pack the packages in the morning between 9:00 and 10:00 and then take them to the depot, where they leave around 10:30 .
– Orders placed before 9:00 AM are shipped the same day as standard
– Orders received after 9:00 AM will be shipped the next shipping day.
So if you're in a hurry, it's ideal to have your order ready by nine in the morning - we'll take care of the rest.
We do not ship orders on weekends and public holidays. The same applies to holidays, which we inform about on the website well in advance.
Personal collection – Prague or Central Bohemian Region
Are you traveling around Prague? You can pick up the package in person and save on transportation. We will be happy to prepare it for you. You can find us at Hostivař in Prague. And if you live in the Central Bohemian region, you can pick up the package directly at Mari in Zlatníky.
Since we do not have a brick-and-mortar store, please let us know in advance and we will arrange a specific time for delivery. However, we are usually available on weekdays between 9 am and 11 am or in the evening between 5 pm and 7 pm.
How we pack
Packaging is our little discipline of precision. We send flour and other products in a sturdy box , with ecological filling , and we always weigh them with the precision of a baker who watches over the last gram in the dough. The goal is one: to ensure that the package arrives as it should.

When do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping:
– for orders up to 10 kg over 1200 CZK
– for orders from 10–20 kg over 2000 CZK
What is an oversized shipment?
An oversized order is any order that weighs between 10 and 20 kg . Shopify automatically calculates the weight based on the products in your cart.
How much does it cost to ship a heavier order?
The standard price is 169 CZK , but we automatically provide a discount of -100 CZK , so you will pay 69 CZK if you do not reach the free shipping threshold for large shipments.
2) Delivery methods & carriers
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, currently to Slovakia and Poland . Prices for international shipping will be displayed directly in the cart based on the weight of the order and the selected delivery option.
Can I combine multiple shipping types in one order?
No – you always choose one shipping method in one order.
Do you offer personal collection?
Yes, in Prague and in the Central Bohemian region (Zlatníky, Prague-west).
Since this is not a brick-and-mortar store, it is a good idea to make an appointment in advance to pick up your order.
We are usually available on weekdays between 9-11 am and 5-7 pm.
Can I choose a specific delivery point for the Zásilkovna?
Yes – you can select the pick-up location in the next step after sending the order, in the Delivery Service map.
3) Delivery times & shipping
How long does delivery take?
– To the Czech Republic usually 1–3 business days .
– To Slovakia and Poland usually 2–5 working days .
When do you usually ship packages?
We pack the packages between 9:00 and 10:00 and then take them to the depot, where they leave around 10:30 .
How long do I have to order for the package to be shipped today?
If you want to be sure of same-day shipping, place your order by 9:00 a.m. Orders received later will be shipped the following shipping day - but they should still arrive within 3 business days within the Czech Republic.

What if my shipment is damaged during transit?
Please contact us as soon as possible - photos and order number will help resolve everything.
How do you pack flour and heavy packages?
We use sturdy boxes, ecological fillings and pack so that the shipment can withstand the journey without any accidents.
