For every package, we want it to arrive to you safely, on time, and without unnecessary stress. That’s why our shipping terms are set simply, fairly – and above all, in a way that makes sense for everyone who loves baking at home.
Free Shipping
To fairly offer services to all our customers, free shipping cannot be selected when paying by cash on delivery.
Orders up to 10 kg in CZ
Free shipping on purchases over 1200 CZK. Applies to shipping by selected carriers to pickup points.
Free shipping on purchases over 1500 CZK also applies to home delivery.
Orders 10–20 kg (oversized) in CZ
Free shipping on purchases over 2000 CZK. Weight is calculated automatically based on the total weight of products in the cart. Applies to shipping by selected carriers to pickup points.
Oversized shipments (10–20 kg) in CZ
Heavier shipments have a different shipping mode. To ensure they are sent safely and still fairly, the following rate applies:

Our Carriers
We work only with verified carriers so that your flours, starters, and other baking joys arrive reliably and on time.
We are gradually adding more carriers to make delivery as convenient as possible.
Specific shipping prices will always be displayed in the cart based on the order weight.
When we ship orders
We try to assemble packages throughout the day. Every weekday morning around 8:00 AM, they are taken to the depot.
– We aim to ship orders placed by 7:00 AM on the same day
– Orders received after 7:00 AM are shipped on the following shipping day
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. The same applies during vacations, which we announce on the website well in advance.
Local Pickup – Central Bohemia Region
You can pick up the package in person and save on shipping. We'll be happy to prepare it for you. You can find us directly at Mari's in Zlatníky near Prague.
Since we do not have a physical store, please let us know in advance and we will arrange a hand-over and a specific time. We are usually available on weekdays in the morning between 9–11 AM or in the evening between 5–7 PM.
How we pack
Packaging is our small discipline of precision. We send flours and other products in a sturdy box, with eco-friendly padding, and always weigh them with the precision of a baker watching every last gram of the dough. The goal is simple: for the package to arrive as it should. Eco-friendly packaging: We care about nature. That is why we pack your orders in recyclable paper packaging. Please place them in the paper recycling bin (blue container) after unpacking. Thank you for baking sustainably with us!

1) Free shipping & prices
When do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping:
– for orders up to 10 kg over 1200 CZK
– for orders from 10–20 kg over 2000 CZK
What is an oversized shipment?
Oversize shipping applies to any order weighing between 10 and 20 kg. Shopify automatically calculates the weight based on the products in your cart.
How much does shipping for a heavier order cost?
The standard price is 169 CZK, but we automatically apply a –100 CZK discount, so you pay only 69 CZK—unless you reach the threshold for free shipping on oversized shipments.
2) Delivery methods & carriers
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Slovakia and Poland. International shipping rates are displayed directly in the cart based on the weight of the order and the selected delivery option.
Can I combine multiple shipping types in one order?
No – you always choose one shipping method per order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, in the Central Bohemian Region (Zlatníky, Prague-West).
Since we don’t have a physical brick-and-mortar store, it's best to arrange the pickup in advance.
We are usually available on weekdays between 9 AM and 11 AM or in the evening between 5 PM and 7 PM.
Can I choose a specific delivery point for the Zásilkovna?
Yes – you will select your pickup point in the next step after placing your order, using the Zásilkovna map.
3) Delivery times & shipping
How long does delivery take?
– To the Czech Republic usually 1–3 business days .
– To Slovakia and Poland usually 2–5 working days .
When do you typically ship orders?
We pack your parcels mostly between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and the next day we transport them to the depot, from where they depart around 8:30 AM.
By what time do I need to order for my package to be shipped today?
If you want to ensure your order is shipped the same day, please submit it by 7:00 AM. Orders received later will be shipped the following dispatch day—nonetheless, they should reach you within 3 business days at the latest within the Czech Republic.
4) Shipment care & secure packaging
What if my shipment is damaged during transit?
Please contact us as soon as possible – photos and your order number will help resolve everything.
How do you pack flours and heavy packages?
We use sturdy boxes and eco-friendly fillers, packing them to ensure the shipment withstands the journey without incident.
