Refund policy
We are sorry if something wasn’t quite to your liking. We understand that sometimes people change their minds – and while we hope it won’t happen often, we are ready to resolve it together.
Returns Window You have 14 days to let us know that you wish to return an item. Unfortunately, after this period, a return is no longer possible.
Condition for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived – unused, unworn, with tags, and ideally in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please write to us at ahoj@maripece.cz. Returned goods should be sent to the following address: Jesenická 220, 252 41 Zlatníky-Hodkovice, Czech Republic.
Once we approve your request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not send anything back without prior agreement – we would not be able to accept the package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the package is visibly damaged during transit,</strong> please complete a damage report with the carrier. We are not liable for defects caused by the carrier after the shipment has been handed over for transport, unless they were claimed immediately upon receipt. If something is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make it right.
EXCEPTIONS – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned:
– Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
– Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
– Personal care and cosmetic goods,
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Digital Products (E-books)
Due to the nature of digital content, it is not possible to return an e-book after purchase. By purchasing an e-book, the customer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that by this consent, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Section § 1837 of the Civil Code.
We are not liable for the inability to access digital content</strong> caused by the incompatibility of your software or hardware.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EU)
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at ahoj@maripece.cz.
