How to get the most out of your spatula

Use this spatula for any task that requires a smooth, even stroke — creams, glazes, butter, spreads. It performs best at room temperature, when the mixture is soft and the spatula flexible. After use, rinse it with lukewarm water or place it in the dishwasher — silicone doesn’t absorb odors or color. Always let the wooden handle dry away from direct heat.
