The round rattan loaf pan with a diameter of 23 cm is an ideal choice for home and artisanal baking of breads weighing around 600 to 750 grams. Thanks to its traditional shape, it will promote even rising of the dough and ensure a beautiful rustic appearance of the loaf. It also includes a fabric tarp, which you can use not only as a lining, but also to cover the dough to prevent it from drying out.
