Stainless steel spreader – Mari Peče

When the flour is poured onto the roll, it should fall there easily. The stainless steel sifter is the ideal helper for gently and evenly sprinkling the dough, but also for the final dot. It is suitable for powdered sugar, cocoa or cinnamon, but also for sprinkling the template on bread. Durable, easy to hold, the sugar does not clump in it and doses everything just right. You will make it a helper in the kitchen, without which you will no longer want to bake.

I use it for every baking project – from dusting the dough to adding the final touch. The flour falls evenly, the dough doesn’t stick and the patterns on the bread look exactly as they should. It also works well for baking – when we sprinkle powdered sugar or cocoa on gingerbread. One simple tool, but so many uses.

Don't sprinkle by hand - a spreader will do it better and cleaner.


Always fill the scoop only halfway – this makes it easier to control and dispense. Mix the flour or sugar well before use to prevent moisture from getting trapped in it. Always empty it after use and keep it dry. If you are pouring over a template, hold it as straight as possible and tap it gently with your finger – the result will be even and clean.
