I use it every time I bake – from dusting the dough to the final touch. The flour sprinkles evenly, the dough doesn't stick, and the bread stencils look exactly as they should. Don't dust by hand – the duster does it better and cleaner

Always fill the duster only to two-thirds – it sprinkles better that way. Before use, give the flour or sugar a good shake to ensure no moisture is trapped. After use, the flour or sugar should be emptied out, though I don't do it and everything works fine. That’s also why I have two dusters. Store in a dry place. If you are dusting through a stencil, hold it as level as possible and tap gently with your finger – the result will be even and clean.
